PERFORMANCE DESIGNATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS BASED ON TESTING, SKILLS, SALES, MEMBERSHIP in the National Associations of Realtors (NAR).
DESIGNATIONS:
“CCIM” – Certified Commercial Investment Member – Graduate Degree in Commercial Real Estate – 5 year program; with portfolio of qualifying experience; Four week long modules w/testing + final exam.
“CRB” – Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager – One of the most respected and relevant designations offered with the real estate brokerage management industry. (12) Credited courses; + Management experience; (2) CRB Courses; Membership in NAR.
“ABR” – Accredited Buyer Representative; The benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. (2) day courses w/80% passing grade: (1) ABR elective course w/80% passing grade: document (5) real estate transactions as an exclusive buyer’s agent; Membership in Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC).
“CRS” – Certified Residential Specialist (top 5% of Nations Brokers).
“GRI” – Graduate of the Real Estate Institute.
